Membership Details

  • Appointments should not exceed 2 hours per day per member.
  • Members can enjoy the facility rain or shine! 7 days a week from 7am - 9pm
  • Memberships are non-transferable and exclusive to the individual member.
  • Membership hours are allocated on a month-to-month basis. Use it or lose it.
  • Members must use a provided pin code to access the facility.
  • Appointments must be booked online at www.hookitgolf.com and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Repeated no-shows or excessive bookings may result in forfeiture of membership without a refund.
  • Cancellations can be completed via the link provided in the booking confirmation email.
  • Guests are allowed during an active member's reservation at a rate of $20/hour per guest. Payment must be made either by placing cash in the designated cash box or by noting it for automatic charge to the member's card on file.

Members may choose either a 3-month commitment at our best monthly rate or month-to-month billing at a higher monthly rate for added flexibility. 3-month commitment memberships require an initial 3-month term. To cancel for the following month after any required minimum term, members must notify Hook It Golf LLC at least 15 days before the next billing cycle at [email protected]. Memberships are not prorated, and cancellations received less than 15 days before your bill date will be processed for the subsequent month.

Members are fully responsible for any damage caused to the TrackMan unit, computer, screens, hitting mats, TVs, or any other facility equipment during their use of the facility. This responsibility extends to any guests the member brings. The member assumes full liability for any damages caused by themselves or their guests and agrees to reimburse Hook It Golf LLC for any necessary repairs or replacements.

Monthly dues must be set up for automatic payment through Hook It Golf LLC's system. Failed payments due to card issues may lead to membership cancellation and a $50 reactivation fee.
