Due to an increased number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we have implemented the following policies to ensure fair and efficient scheduling for all bookings:
- Cancellation Policy:
- Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day of the scheduled booking will result in a charge equal to the hourly rate for the time slot booked.
- Advance Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will not incur a fee to move your appointment, You can only move your appointment once. If you move your appointment then try to cancel you will still incure the normal cancelation fees.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled booking, you will be charged the full hourly rate for the reserved time slot.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your booking, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee applies.
- Rescheduling: We understand that plans may change. To accommodate scheduling adjustments, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your booking to avoid a cancellation fee. Please note that same-day cancellations will incur the full hourly rate for the reserved time slot, as the short notice prevents us from offering the space to other customers.
